Where do you ship from?
All orders within the EU ship from Slovenia.
When will my order ship?
The order processing time is currently 5-7 business days.
I try my best to ship out orders on Mondays or Tuesdays.
When will my order arrive?
Slovenia: 1-3 business days
EU: 2-5 business days
UK: 2-5 business days
USA: 10-30 business days
Rest of the world: 14-30 business days
Do I have to pay taxes or import fees?
Customers are responsible for paying taxes and import fees.
Where is my package?
Please be patient with the delivery times. Delays are common during holiday season.

Is your packaging Eco-Friendly?
Depending on the size of the order I will either use eco-friendly bubble envelopes or a cardboard box in a fully recyclable plastic mailer. All of my packaging is produced in Europe from a climate neutral factory! :)
Do you offer refunds or exhanges?
Under the EU consumer act you have 14 days to cancel and return the order. The customer
must return the item and pay for return shipping. If there is something wrong
with your order please contact me at denaryinbusiness@gmail.com so we can get it sorted.

Vsa naročila znotraj EU pošljem iz Slovenije.

Čas obdelave naročila je trenutno 5–7 delovnih dni.

Je vaša embalaža okolju prijazna?
Glede na velikost naročila bom uporabila okolju prijazne ovojnice z mehurčki ali kartonsko škatlo v reciklirani plastični pošiljki.
Vsa moja embalaža je proizvedena v Evropi v podnebno nevtralni tovarni! :)
Ali ponujate vračila ali zamenjave?
V skladu z zakonom EU o varstvu potrošnikov imate 14 dni časa, da prekličete in vrnete naročilo.
Potrošnik mora izdelek vrniti in plačati poštnino ob vračilu. Če je z vašim naročilom kaj narobe, me prosim kontaktirajte na denaryinbusiness@gmail.com, da bomo lahko zadevo uredili.
